MICHAEL O’SHEA
Michael specialises in commercial property law and in commercial law. He obtained an honours degree in law from University College Dublin, and was admitted as a solicitor in 1967.

KEVIN BARRY
Throughout his career Kevin has specialised in litigation and dispute resolution, with particular experience in personal injury litigation for defendants and claimants, corporate and personal employment issues, regulatory law in financial services, cross frontier litigation, property and commercial disputes of all kinds as well as family law issues. He obtained an honours degree in law from Trinity College Dublin in 1980, and was admitted as a solicitor in 1983.

MICK O’SHEA
Mick advises in all aspects of conveyancing and property law and in general commercial law. He obtained an honours degree in business and legal studies from University College Dublin in 1997, and was admitted as a solicitor in 2000. He also holds a Diploma in Commercial Property Law and is a qualified mediator.

PAULINE CRONOGUE
Pauline deals with all aspects of estate planning and succession law, probate, will drafting and enduring powers of attorney. She is currently studying for a Diploma in Trust and Estate Planning in the Law Society of Ireland and on successful completion, will become a member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners), the professional body for trust and estate practitioners worldwide. She also works in residential conveyancing.
Pauline holds an honours degree in legal and business from Waterford Institute of Technology and was admitted as a Solicitor in Ireland in 2012. Pauline is also admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales.

AISLING MURPHY
Aisling specialises in litigation and dispute resolution with a particular focus on personal injuries litigation involving employer and public liability for both claimants and defendants. She handles commercial and property disputes, employment issues, defamation, debt recovery and family law matters. Aisling also has experience in professional negligence claims for both claimants and defendants. Aisling graduated from University College Cork with an honours degree in Civil Law in 2005 and an honours LLM (Criminal Justice) in 2006. She also completed a diploma in Employment Law with Dublin Business School. Aisling was admitted to the roll of solicitors in 2013 having trained with a medium sized firm. aisling@osheabarry.com
